Returns

I take great care in packing and shipping your orders. Each item is double-checked for accuracy before I seal the envelope or shipping box to ensure everything you've ordered is included.

My hope is and I will always do my best that you are satisfied with the products you purchase from my store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please email me first at customerservice@3dcardmaking.com before you return any item.

My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where a refund cannot be granted (if applicable).

  • The item is not in its original condition
  • The item is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to my error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
I will replace items if they are defective or damaged (depending on availability). If you need an exchange for the same item, please email me at customerservice@3dcardmaking.com and send your item to: 4656 Heyer Ave. Castro Valley California US 94546.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged package before you open it. Please immediately contact me at customerservice@3dcardmaking.com. Please attach pictures of the damaged package and damaged goods, if applicable. I will not be able to handle damaged goods cases without photo proof.

Exceptions/ Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or finished greeting card packs.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

Refunds (if applicable)
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at customerservice@3dcardmaking.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
